I'm a Homeschooling Parent looking for curriculum

We have two platforms that we can make available to homeschooling parents for you to work with as you wish.  We have our Middle Years platform which is mapped to ACARA years 7-9 outcomes; and we have our Classroom platform which is for years 10-12 and supports students in completing their SACE and/or developing their employability skills.

We do also have an RTO platform for our VET courses but this is not available for homeschooling only.

All of our curriculum is interdisciplinary and written around a theme - for example what do I need to surivive; am I breaking the law; being a global citizen.  Maths, English, Science and HASS are combined within these topic areas to allow students to develop an understanding of the world and phenomenon without having to label something as a subject area.

In the 7-9 curriculum, there are choices of tasks to be completed which have different 'coin' loadings. The more coins awarded, the more difficult the level of the task.

We offer the platform in a monthly or annual payment option.  The annual payment is 12 months for the price of 10, but you cannot get a refund if you wish to leave us early.  The monthly payment plan can be cancelled at any time (just email us) and we will stop taking monthly payments.  Most parents remain in our platforms for between 6 and 18 months.

When you take out a subscription we will send you a form for your students details and also your details as their tutor.  Our system identifies you through email addresses so you both need to have separate email addresses.  Then we set your student up so that you get notifications of work submitted, etc as if you were the 'teacher'.

All our materials have been written solely for use in the Inventorium.  You will not find these materials elsewhere.  We have our own unique pedagogic approach, and we have supported this with a light touch gamification process around coins, avatars and an inventory.  Students earn coins for time on task and task completion.  They can then spend these coins on their inventory which dresses their avatar.  This adds a small element of fun to the learning process for the students.

We're here to support you every step of the way.  We can provide mapping documents to support you in your homeschool application, and can provide tutorial support as and when you need it.  Often parents book occassional tutorials to check progress in on track, get advice on areas a student may be struggling with, or to go over plans for the future.
